This week report by the Open Source Center (OSC) of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence says it's true.

A poor, agrarian, landlocked country in South America with a nearly 100 percent Christian population is hardly the place one would expect to become a hotbed of Islamic extremism in the Western Hemisphere.
But a recent report by the Open Source Center (OSC) of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence says it's so.
There are only 1,000 Muslims in Bolivia, a country of 9.7 million people, but the connection between some of the community’s religious leaders and Iran — as well as with fundamentalist factions in the Palestinian territories — has U.S. officials and terror experts keeping a watchful eye on them.
The report revealed a number of Muslim organizations in Bolivia whose leaders have publicly denounced U.S. foreign policy and have direct associations with extremists in the Middle East.
“There’s a theory that they may believe — Latin America, particularly with its Leftist leanings in recent years, may be more receptive to the anti-American-type rhetoric that we’ve been accustomed to hearing from Iran,” said a U.S. intelligence official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Of course, they got promised everything they want (social Justice, a decent salary, not to starve, granted medical assistance, ...) from Chavez and Ahmadinejad, through that "Bolivian Alliance" (sorry, forgot the name), and so now they fight for it .... Poor people, really, they never heard about "Animal Farm" written by Orwell, they ignore what a Hell it is living under Communism/left Imperialism/Dictatorship/..., and they ignore the fact that this Hell will be worst and worst by the Time. If they just could go and have a look to Russia, where Mafia is the Rule, where extreme Poverty reaches 75% of the Population, where 12,5% are extreme rich people, ..., if they just could have access to Education (not manipulated) and understand that the kind of Government imaged by so called "Bolivian Alliance", will totally destroy them instead of helping them .... They - above all - are (unconsciously) supporting Islam. What about those nacked bodies under Islam, then? In a couple of words: shot down. I am so sorry for the way those People got manipulated by Criminals Chavez and Ahmadinejad, every one of them has just a thing in Mind: to rule the World, by himself .... And Ahmadinejad is a Puppet in the Hand of Ayatollahs' Ideology (...), while Chavez is a man who never got an Education and seems more to be like those African Dictators (which are Moral-less) than a civilized Head of State. I am so sorry for that Indians - and of course, I try not to undervalue their Power in supporting People (Ahmad' and Chavez), which I completely dis-admire. Responsibly free Regards.
